DesignAll Studio comes with a suite of specialist help tools and features to greatly assist you in learning where to find and how to use all DesignAll Studio tools and features, as follows:

Built-in Manual
A complete user-guide (manual) for DesignAll Studio.

Popup Help
A set of specific help files that discuss and explain areas within modules and program windows e.g. in the Vectorizer.

Fast Hints
A set of context-based help files located in the DesignCenter i.e. help files that appear when the program is in a specific context e.g. when a power-shape is selected in Object Mode.

Lessons and Tutorials – Available Online 24/7/365
DesignAll Studio has a huge suite of videos that discuss in detail how to do a wide range of tasks in the program, as shown in the How to lesson, directly above. These lessons are available on YouTube all year round.

We also provide Remote support, which is a secure service that allows us to assist you in solving computer problems, either by showing what steps to take via screen sharing, or with permission, taking control of the desktop and performing a task remotely.

Once we are connected to your PC (via an internet connection), we can then successfully diagnose and repair most computer related issues. Remote support is available anywhere in the world and we do not charge extra for this service.
